Current Role & Responsibilities:
Identify product improvement opportunities
Planning and facilitating cross-functional workshops that enable user discovery, prioritisation and ideation
Partner with user researchers to talk directly with customers to understand the user’s needs, goals and motivations
Work closely with the Business Teams, Product and Tech teams to deliver high-impact data-driven design solutions
Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Contribute to broader product strategy and initiatives, and mentor junior designers
Developing wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
Run experiments to identify optimisation techniques and enhance the experience
